If you are checking your phone and social media too often, here's a quick hack:
Set your phone to black and white.
If you are using iphone, go to Settings --> Accessibility --> Accessibility Shortcut --> Turn on Colour Filters.
All you need to do now is to triple-click the side button of your phone and boom! A black-and-white phone.
